I not even giving them the one star Bad customer service they make you pay for the part before you get it then try to give you something nobody would want then charge you 25% restock fee then it was the wrong part don’t do business with them they going rip you off I guess I paid for the 12 pack of beer I seen one worker walking in with
Everyone in this place is super friendly, buddy is an honest dude came to change the tire and he fixed it saved me about 100 bucks. Steve at the front desk is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to car mechanical stuff and doesn’t say something unless he knows what he’s talking about and tells you everything you need to do step by step to get your car fixed. Didn’t interact much with the others but they seemed friendly, glad I came here via my friend recommendation and will be a regular here.
I been a customer here a few times and always got good parts. The last time I came there they went above and beyond to help me fix my issue with my tires and ball joint issues. Other shops told me it was a bigger problem that needed to be fixed. I came to A1 and they could’ve played me out of money and didn’t. This is as honest as it gets. They just earned a loyal customer
I can’t say anything about this place I never been but I do see so far 11 one star’s and that’s not good for me. Again I never been but the low and high rating is kinda like take a chance. I’m supposed to come at 8:30 am but I will wait for my uncle advice on this one, I’m not say you guys are not good but what I will say is my family knows way more about this stuff than I ever could but still learning and I do take the advice so it’s what he says.
As a women I’ve been in many auto parts or junk yards but this one was different. Clean and respectful to me. That makes all the difference in the world. I’ll be back.
