Scheduled a sale of vehicle on a Monday for a Wednesday pick up, the only day they say they had available. On Tuesday I get a call from a tow truck about a scheduled pick up that day. I knew nothing about it. No one said anything to me. I don’t accept it cause my appointment is for Wednesday. Come Wednesday I call in the morning, 9am when they open, and my appointment is no longer on the books… Again, nobody has told me anything at this point. They put me back on the schedule for 11am to 1pm for pickup. Come 12:30 there is no call from anybody so I call back to be rudely answered by some guy that says we’re closed. I asked about my already scheduled pick-up, to which he tells me we have already shut all our computers down. The only thing I can tell you is to call back Friday and schedule another appointment. Then hangs up in my face. The only bright spot for me the whole time was the service by Miss Lisha I think her name is. The rest of the service I experienced is just unorganized and unprofessional.
John at point of sale take’s advantage of people with purchase’s within 24hrs & yes they will do anything but return any money with zero customer service skills and bad business practices. Recommend see someone else or not do business with this establishment! They are not the only ones around.
Awsome folks working for ace pick a part me an my son went on half off day and picked 2 engines one for a honda civic threw it in and running to work and back with it and we pulled a 350 chevy engine for my sons first project car quick in and used there engine hoist and wheel barrels can’t ask for more on prices and helping you find your car amazing place love it and the employees
