DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! These guys are certified scammers. I ordered a transmission for my truck from these guys that arrived COMPLETELY SEIZED. They would not honor their warranty or provide any form of reimbursement. They took my $1000 and ran. DO NOT. Repeat. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Ackerman. These guys will rob you blind. Not to mention they all employ a disrespectful and unhelpful attitude on the phone. Take your money somewhere else.
I drove from Columbia to get a part for my 2004 Chevy Tahoe. I was greeted warmly when I arrived and told that a technician was already pulling the part I needed. This is the cleanest used parts stores I’ve ever been in.

Frankly I was a little disappointed, 2 months ago when I was in there and asked about this part I had a gentleman with me he asked about the part they told him it was $40 plus tax. II showed up today asked about the same part they said they had it, I was by myself a female and it was $55 with the tax so it was $53 change plus tax. Why was it more because I was a woman by myself? Car part is almost 20 years old so it’s not like it went up in value over the course of 2 months . I’m always dismayed when a car park place tries to take advantage of somebody who they think doesn’t know any better. But I needed the part, I guess they saw me coming. I simply won’t go there again
Was told a couple days ago there was a 96 integra there that had a steering rack just to drive a hour out my way and wait another 2 hours (thinking they were getting the part the whole time) just for them to come back and tell me they can’t even find the car to pull it off of nice people by all means just can’t keep up with their own inventory smh
