The car I just bought started leaking coolant while I was out of town. I had called multiple shops to try and get it fixed and they were all booked out. I called Addison Car Care and they got me in right away! They did a full inspection and found other repairs that needed done to have a safe car. I was so pleased with the professionalism and quick timing they showed. They got my car in, fixed and worked with the dealership I bought it from too. I highly recommend these guys. They did excellent work!

I had a car breakdown on I-84 near Twin Falls, ID. I called AAA and they recommended Addison Car Care. They replaced my clutch assembly. They have absolutely the best service personnel. This repair takes 6-7 hours. As I am not from Twin Falls.I had to stay overnight. They gave me ride to my hotel and picked me up the next day. I was informed of the progress in the repair and the cost regularly. They had to order parts with some needing overnight shipping. They were right on top of things and got my car back to me very quickly. Staff was extremely personable and helpful. I am sure the repair was done professionally as well. It was an expensive repair but I was glad to have it done well and promptly. I highly recommend this place. Given that I was from out of town, I really appreciated their kindness and promptness.

We had a complete diagnostic done to ensure us of what all was wrong with our Ford Escape. Chris is very nice he is very passionate about getting your vehicle up and running properly. Cole was the technician who did the testing, he is also a very nice guy. During the process they send updates to let you know what is being done. Such as what is good what needs to be done in the future and what is immediate. A good peice of mind. We appreciate all their efforts helping us. Thank you so much Chris and your team. leaking tire. Cole and Cody were so friendly, and found the leak quickly. They patched it quickly and didn’t even charge us … b/c of being AAA members. We still paid them, and I would definitely come back here for future car repairs. Great job!.

I am not a “car” girl. I don’t like tire shops, automotive centers,or repair shops. My husband and I recently needed to have some work done on our truck. He made an appointment for 9:am. He was there at 9 and by 9:15 the truck was in the shop. They were up front and legit about costs. This required my waiting in the waiting room/office. I was amazed at how clean and clutter free it was. And no horrible rubber,oil icky car smells! There was Keurig coffee and a pretty magazine rack with magazines for a wide variety of tastes. I used the restroom and was welcomed with feminine decor and sparkling surfaces. The wait was as long as we were told it would be. Leaving I noticed even the shop was clean and organized. As great of an experience as you could have getting the vehicle repaired. Good job guys!
