Honestly, the front desk staff is amazing. But the back of house part pullers are unreliable for timing, waited almost a week for something that they were supposed to pull for me the next morning. And at the end they tell me they supply the part because every time they pulled it they did damage to it. It’s a CV axle they’re not that hard to pull.
