I had purchased a Body Control Module for a Jeep Grand Cherokee and later found out that you can not install a used module because it needs to be programmed to match the ECU. Called local Jeep dealerships and Jeep corporate… was told that used modules can not be programmed and only new or refurbished ones can. I returned the module to Albert’s and the guy at the counter got really nasty with me telling me that the module is just “plug and go” and that “I have other problems with the Jeep”. He wanted no part of that fact that I talked with Jeep. Jokes on him since a re-manufactured module fix our problem after the dealer programmed the VIN to it. I would never do business with them again…. Oh and also they don’t offer refunds on anything so for the most part your screwed unless your willing to fight for a refund.

Very nice and helpful. Had my parts in stock on the shelf ready to go, but I called ahead to make sure. You should always call ahead for a junkyard to give them time. I was pleased with the prices and would definitely be coming back great job ☺️
