Absolutely awesome bunch to deal with! Bought a snorkel off them over the phone Friday afternoon and they packed it up with plenty of packing to make sure it arrived safe and got it to me Monday lunch time! Which is just unheard of. Big thumbs up to All States Car Parts being so great to deal with. Will definitely be getting parts off them in the future.
Excellent experience with them! Bought some Toyota parts that were going to cost $500 and take 6 weeks to arrive, All States Car Parts got them in for $170 in a couple of days. They were kind enough to spend a length of time installing the parts and making sure I was happy with them (cosmetic parts only) when most places wouldn’t bother, and he certainly didn’t need to! Definitely will visit again for all my car part needs!
Absolutely fantastic service. These guys helped me so much with my car. I was told by another mechanic that my engine’s water leak was impossible to fix and I’d have to have it replaced. All States Car Parts were able to fix the issue easily and my car is running better than ever. They went above and beyond to help me out with great customer service and a very reasonable price. I couldn’t be happier with their work.
I got an engine from them and long story short it was installed and something happened internally gave them a call and well to be honest the engineer from All States Car Parts got me a new motor out right away no hesitation and no questioned ask his service will have my business for as long as I live DO NOT HESITATE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM GREAT FREAKING CUSTMER SERVICE! Not one time did he give me a problem and also called me back to make sure the engine was 100% Thank you I will definitely be sending people!
If I could, I would give All States Car Parts ZERO STARS. I bought an engine from them 6 months ago. They said it had 60,000 miles on it. The manufacturer said it had 160k. The engine blew within 3 months. I called Kevin and told him my engine was under warranty for 6 months and it t was blown. After that day, I tried calling them back and they have never answered my call again. DONT TRUST THEM
