I had a great experience here! I have been looking for several months for a side mirrow for our vehicle (it was clipped and damaged) and was dismayed at the prices I encountered at the dealership and other used auto part locations. Not only did All Truck and Car have the correct part and color (happy luck), but Stavaro was friendly and helpful on the phone. Not only did he confirm that they had the correct part, but he pulled it quickly that day and I was able to pick it up that very afternoon. Their price was much lower than other prices I had been quoted which was another plus. When I arrived at the location not only was it organized and clean (much different than other places I had visited,) I was met and greeted by several employees with smiles and a willingness to help. After paying for the part, Stavaro went above and beyond and actually removed the old mirror and installed the new one! This was certainly not expected on my end, but was definitely so appreciated. Two other friendly employees came out to to see if he needed help. This was such a refreshing experience after all of the other hassle I had been through trying to find the correct part. Many yards I had visited you needed to bring your own tools to remove the part and they were actually kind of scary to visit. It was also a challenge to confirm if they did or didn’t have the correct part due to them not answering the phone, not having an updated inventory etc. Not only did I feel comfortable visiting this location, I felt that I was well taken care of by the employees during every part of the transaction. I would definitely come here again and would recommend to friends.

IMO, they are breaking the consumer protection laws. They bait and switch you with the price. One price is listed on their website, and also on a Third-party site, then they claim another when you go to pay. When you call them out on it, they immediately change their tone to “refusal to serve” and hang up on you. I Talked to a very rude girl named Sara, and she refused to let me talk to her manager, or the owner and she hung up on me. I am going to attempt a resolution with the Registered Agent Pete J Mantas.

As it turns out, he is dead, (2017) and likely the business is run by his grandson Peter John Mantas.

Transparently, I did ask for a discount, and tried to barter, but was willing to pay the listed price, in full with CC over the phone, then and there, and made that clear, repeating it multiple times

Advertised a door color black, but when delivered it was brown. Called and they said:” we dont promise the color”. Hmmm, why dont you warn your customers before we pay? Why do you even mention the color then.. when put a description online?

Fast response times, and they were very fast to help me find a fairly rare engine, and let me know where to find it and not waste hours calling around! 10/10 would recommend!

Jeff Winder, scammed me of 200$. Will never be back again. Do not recommend this company
