All West Coast Auto Wrecking at 60 E Anthony Rd, Grapeview, WA 98546

First off, my visit was a few months ago and I’m just getting around to writing a review. What can I say, I’ve been busy. After reading the reviews for this place, I decided to give them a shot. I don’t understand the negative reviews. My experience was very positive with no negative issues whatsoever. People need to understand two things about this business:
1. It is a CLOSED yard. They don’t allow customers to wander the yard and inspect vehicles. I imagine this policy cuts their insurance costs considerably and allows them to be very competitive with their pricing.
2. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information about the vehicle the parts will be used for. Year, make, model and trim level(LE, SE, EX, BFD)can not be assumed. These people are professionals and want to provide the exact part you need. They keep a very accurate record of their inventory so that when you show up to pick up the part that you have ordered, it is the correct part based upon the information that you have provided. Automotive parts recycling is a very competitive business. You can’t routinely make mistakes and expect your customers to give you repeat business. I ordered what I wanted and then drove 40 miles to pick it up. True to their word, the parts were exact replacements and in perfect condition. I spent some time talking with them about the negative reviews and could sense the frustration in their voice in regards to people not having correct info for the parts they were looking for and, conseqently, the part not being what they were looking for. The owners don’t want you to drive a sometimes considerable distance just to be disappointed. It’s not good for you and it’s not good for their business.
To wrap things up, I have made multiple purchases from them with no problems. I have had parts shipped to me that have gone out the same day they were ordered. These people are genuine and care about their customers. Quit throwing your money away at higher-priced yards and give them a shot. Like me, you’ll be back.

This place was amazing.. I got to ride a big rig….stick my tools wherever I wanted. They had all the parts I needed. There was miscommunication in payments but I ended up spending LESS! Wait, this isn’t the review for Tulips Massage.. my bad.

Bought a 96k transmission and ran the vin ended up having 240k miles. Horrible customer service, misleading on mileage of vehicles. They stated they don’t go based off of the vin which is odd coming from an auto wrecker who should know the ins and outs of auto wrecking. Thieves hiding behind a business. Was charged a 20% “restocking” fee after arguing for a minute. Don’t go here it’s not worth your money or time.

I called them about 2 weeks ago and they were AWESOME, very prompt and we were both happy, I sold my non- running car to them for a comparable price….Today, they simply said they don’t go over this far,and hung up on me, without any hesitation.I don’t believe the difference, Last time I think I talked to the owner.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Great prices! When the wrong part got pulled at closing time the entire staff went above and beyond explaining the situation and stayed late on a Friday until the correct part was found and pulled and put in my hand! Highly recommended but be patient, be kind and you will be treated the same at this helpful business
