Shanda was great to work with. They picked up my vehicle. The towing company was professional. Grade A made a situation that could have been more challenging, easier.

Don’t go there if you don’t speak Spanish. It was my first time there I will not go back. They have no concept of customer service. The guy handling the aluminum salvage told me I thought I was he most important person in the world!

This is a decent place to find parts, it’s a pick and pay place. The one bad thing about this place is we were told that they had an untouched vehicle but when I asked the loader driver about it, he said that it was probably put on the crusher pad. Couldn’t find the vehicle.

30 minutes I gave up couldn’t get ahold of anyone to see if vehicles in stock I need parts for. Unfortunate I’ve been to this location and they was friendly and helpful but times change I assume this one did for the worse also now.

close an hour early and very rude staff. there’s an older guy that’s there and he’s always rude to my boyfriend and his friend. he’s also stealing peoples money too. 10/10 don’t recommend.
