AR1 Auto Parts and Sales at 300 Chalmers Rd, Yakima, WA 98901

I was assisted by Jesus Mendez at AR1 Auto Wrecking Sales and his service was so fast. He is polite and very helpful. I thought I wasn’t going to be able to find these parts for cheap anywhere. Just when I was a bout to lose hope something told me to come here. At my arrival I was greeted right away. He was very friendly and went straight to work looking for the parts I needed and sure enough they had just the parts I needed and more.

I live in Wenatchee. I called them to get a radio for my Jeep. The guy on the phone was amazing. He kept me informed every step, and they pulled the part same day. He even called me too tell me it was shipping out. So easy, and very reasonable prices.

Told them the correct model of my mercedez gl550 2011 sent me parts for an e class which arent correct, then returned beise they wont fit but because they are electrical they cant refund me my money credit only when it was a mistake of there part

I walked in and was help by Jesus, the gentleman at the counter. He was very professional and nice. He helped me find all the parts I needed and made sure it was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Jesus for your help.

Horrible experience! Called and paid to have my part held. Drove 3.5 hours one way and got there for them to tell me that they couldn’t find the part. I called the following week to see if they located the bumper. They said no. After I told him I was just checking and that I found one on ebay he then asks how much I paid? After I told him what I had paid for the bumper and shipping he puts me on hold then gets back on the phone and says he found me a bumper! This business is shady! Don’t deal with them!
