This Guy TOM has VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and doesn’t know how to communicate, Calling for the tracking number but his excuse is he already cleared the screen and then raise his voice and said he gotta go.. No Manners at all. Poor Customer Service

Definitely have a good stock of parts but workers are extremely rude in person. Had encounter with 3 different employees and all three had disrespectful attitude
Very rude stuff at the counter, i tryed to buy some parts that i need for my pick up truck axle and a bed box and guy wanted me to buy an axle that is not for my truck because he didnt want to get me an axle that he had in the truck that was out of the way, i want to show him the picture of the axle of the axle that was pulled out of my truck so he understan that it doesnt even look that same as the one he was trying to sell to me. He didnt want to listen to me or look at the picture of the parts that i need, very bad customer service. Not suggesting this place to any one. I drove all the way from Vancouver just to get this kind of attitude ??? Didnt not expected this. I asked the guy about the owner and he said its too many questions.
These guys need to learn some manners and customer service. Every time I call them I get treated like they’re doing me the biggest favor for even picking up the phone. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
