I ordered 3 parts from them and I pay $295 for shipping. When I receive order on palettes one parts was damaged and I call and text with “Tom”. I send him picture where he can look bend damage and he answer me I don’t see any damage. What ? I want refund for that parts and please send me return label but he say I don’t care about you and if you want ship by your self and pay for ship and then they will send refund. I told him I pay $295 for shipping, why I need pay for return. Then I told him I need manager and he say you talk with manager right now. Then I told him give me his Boss and he say you told with him. Please do not ordered parts from them because they don’t care every thing what you buy from them and don’t care about how much you pay for shipping.

Purchased a center console for a 2017 Chevy Silverado. Tom was quick to answer both phone and emails. Great looking part. Shipping was way less than I expected. Part arrived in just a few days. Very well packed. Thank you!

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in auto parts industry. I spoke with Tom who was rude and abrasive. I ordered from them before, and simply asked to pay with CC or PayPal just like I did in previous transactions, but Tom demanded cash or wire transfer as payment only. He hung up on me when I requested to speak with the manager.
Is this how you treat repeat customers?

Got a 2nd Row leather seat from Tom at August Pohl for our 16′ Explorer – Was shipped by freight in a few short days and wrapped and palatalized very securely. Came in just as described – These guys are great!!!!!

I recently purchased interior components including seats and door panels for Lexus suv. I ordered through a sales person named Tom. Tom was very helpful is finding exactly what I needed. While the shipping costs were more than what I would have expected, upon receipt I found the parts to be in excellent condition. A very good experience. I highly recommend this company.
