Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable & explained the process thoroughly.
He accommodated our schedule & was efficient in removing a truck from our yard that was difficult to remove due to location/missing ignition key.
He made an eye sore nightmare disappear within 20 minutes & gratuitously took some other items needing disposal.
We will definitely use his company again if needed.

Jeremy was super easy to work with, very accommodating and knowledgeable. He went through the entire process thoroughly, all the while offering advice about navigating the post-accident claims process. I broke down out of town with my family while on a camping trip. I called Jeremy randomly and not only did he answer on a Saturday afternoon, walk me through everything I needed to do to make sure I was not going to get my vehicle towed, but he took the time to work out a way to get everything taken care of and made an extra stop to get the keys for the vehicle as I had no other means of transportation.
