I received great service. Jeremy was courteous and timely. Our car sat for at least 8 years and had to be moved before closing. It proved to be a much more difficult job than we anticipated. Jeremy worked very hard and creatively to get it moved. Even more impressive he remained nice throughout the process.
I had an old pickup that no longer ran and was stuck in my garage. It needed to just be picked up and dealt with. I received a quick response and he was able to come pick it up quickly. The whole process was explained and any questions I had answered. Everything was very professional and there were no issues getting my car out of the hard to get spot. After a very unpleasant ordeal of selling a vehicle to an individual who failed to register It and then stacked up parking tickets while it was still in our name, We luckily were able to get the vehicle back. Lesson learned …. Next time our first step will be calling you to come get the vehicle instead of privately selling!
