No customer service skills whatsoever, no exception, every single time they are rude and expeditive. They will respond to the review and say it’s fake or not for this business. Call them and you’ll see for yourself. They don’t show you the parts you buy, so they can charge a return fee. Very dishonest business.
Nope, I am not leaving a good review, because this place is a gold mine and you all will screw it up. A great place to find a repairable car often times at a great price. I have purchased three from them so far over the years. Doug is fantastic. All I can say is I am thankful. Thanks Guys!!! With you, I can afford a newer car now. Total – Under $8K Repaired and back on the road.
Overall I will give this place a negative Five stars. The service guys that are in front are dushbags they don’t have any customer service skills. Prices are ok not to price, but the service is horrible. I waited 3 hours for them to pull a hood of a car. This place is still in business because they give ok prices but I try to avoid as much as I can.
Great prices, and parts, was really profesional, helpful and friendly. The bumper we purchased was in great shape and professionally removed. Looking forward to making more used parts purchases at Auto Gator.
I requested an invoice for an order like 20 times and they didn’t reply, customer service it’s horrible even when you call.
