I went in there to buy an used engine. They say that they could not find one that was available. No follow up for any future sale. Did not get a contact number or recommended any other places that may help.
If you want sell your vehicle, you must talk to one person and one person only. ( hope that she is not on lunch break) The other employees informed me that they did not want to even know about that job or the requirements to sell a vehicle to them. Over all, not very helpful.

Definitely not organized and customer service leaves something to be desired. I called to inquire about a steering column and was told they had one, i then told the guy on the phone that I’d be there shortly to pick it up and he said “okay” upon arrival i was told they didn’t have any pulled and could not get one pulled today due to the weather, yet i just drove from del city in the snow to pick it up, when all the guy on the phone had to do was tell me he didn’t have any pulled and couldn’t today. would give no stars if possible.
