Living in ny and owning a bunch of older hondas it can be difficult to find parts. I recently purchased an 89 accord with 65 k original miles but it needed parts that ( you guessed it) honda had discontinued making .I started to have doubts if I could resurrect this car (as it hadn’t been on the road for 2 yrs ) then a miracle happened and I found beavers car salvage online reached out via phone and spoke to both Russell and natasha who could not have more knowledgable, accommodating and professional in regards to my request . Prices were reasonable ,shipping was cheap boxes were packed well . I highly recommend this yard to anyone seeking OEM honda parts these people get customer service .

The staff was great over the phone. Because I had a two hour dive to get there, they volunteered to take pics of the parts I wanted prior to my drive, and sent them to me. This gave me great peace of mind in knowing I wasn’t wasting time and gas going to get them. They were very patient with me, as that encouraged me to start adding parts to my list. This will become a go-to spot for me when looking for some hard to find parts.

Because I am a female and I bought a part from them that was already cracked I work on cars for a living but because I’m a female they tell me it’s my fault that it was already cracked when they sold it to me and that they’re not gonna give me my money back for selling me a part that left me stranded with my granddaughter when I know how to put things on cars and that left me stuck and they told me they would refund my money but now because I’m a female they refuse and tell me oh it’s my fault for doing it when I know how to work on cars I have a torque wrench that actually works and was set to what it needed to be said to the scam they’re fake and they sell fake parts that fall apart within a week actually less than a week
