Great family run business. Been coming here since I moved to Berkley over 20 years ago. If they don’t have what I need in the yard they pick up the phone and find what I’m looking for through their extensive network. Fair and honest . Need I say more?

I made a long trip out to pick up a bumper assembly and had a great experience. All of the staff was kind and helpful and although everyone is dealing with staff shortages right now they worked hard to get me taken care of as quickly as possible. I had to visit 3 salvage yards to round up all my parts and it’s easy to see why Berkley has been in business for so long!

My daughter hit a curb and blew out two tire and damage the rims.
Jim and his son went out of there way to help me out.
Very courteous I would highly recommend them.

How they got good reviews is a mistery to me? No customer skills over the phone whatsoever. They have no technical knowledge on simple parts. They don’t care. They don’t want to help. Nope.

Friendly service at counter, helpful in recommending other local yards that might have parts car not available there. Inquired on tires.
Waited to be shown tires.Older gentleman in the yard as rude as they come. I asked to look at tires in specific size. i was told I couldn’t look unless I was buying. Long rant about looking and not buying. Had every intention of buying if tires looked good. Not a tire kicker. Won’t be returning.
