I drove all the way from Chicago,IL to purchase a knee assembly for my nieces Honda CRV to come back home for the part to be messed up. When I called, Sam the manager to let him know that the part was messed up and did nothing to help. Sam blamed me for purchasing at my own risk of it being damaged. Nowhere did it state that I had to purchase at my own risk. Poor customer service coming from the manger who did not offer to at least give some credit back after driving 300 miles.

The location was easy to find. It had easy parking and access to the offices. The prices are more reasonable than other used auto parts yards. Will use again as needed. The workers were nice and helped carry the rims i needed.

Put some parts aside from me then sold then told me they sold them.

Excellent service. Best price around. Buying parts from Sam for years and never had a problem. They deliver parts usually next day after the order. Friendly staff.
They have late models vehicles and can get parts that otherwise are very hard to find around ( recently bought some18 Continental parts at a great price).
Would go back anytime.
