Today I had the worst experience ever. My boyfriend and I went in looking for parts for a Hyundai Elantra and the lady (Her first initial is B) helping us was extremely rude and treated both of us like we lacked the competence to be requesting what we were requesting.
When my boyfriend requested to go back in the scrap yard and look for ourselves she scoffed at us and told us where to go in the yard and then came around the counter and told me that she needed me to open my bag.
I didn’t really care that she needed to look because it was just mostly tools, money, my debit card and my rings.
About 10 minutes into our quest she was out in the scrap yard right near us obviously watching.
When we finally found what we needed and we headed back into the office where we paid for what we got and from someone else.
She came around the corner in a hurry pointed at me and said she needed to look in my bag again.
I opened my bag and told her it was the same stuff that was their previous and she proceeded to put her hand in my bag and tried to move things around. I pulled back from her and moved things around for her.
I don’t know where it is in their policy where they can actually put their hands in your possessions… And this bag was actually my purse…which was pretty obvious.
I’ve been going to this scrap yard for years. Looks like I’m done here.

I can tell you honestly they don’t appreciate their customers.
Their customers service is terrible,they work in a junk yark,and a wrecking yard, and their personality, and attitude is wrecked also,and junky too, and their customer service is junky just like the junky parts they sell.

Their bad customers service start either by ignoring you,or not helping you correctly, or by being rude to you or by insulting you.

So when you go in unfortunately ,expect a terrible customer service environment.

It is so toxic , that will make you feel regret you are spending your money there, and not going to other wrecking yard where they value their customers.

Then their prices fluctuate according to how they feel at that time. No set prices.
And by the time you end paying for what you need you will feel scammed, and you realized they are dishonest, and feel regret you are spending your good money in this bad place.

Their yard is not organized ,different cars makers scattered every where,without categorizing,or input in computer,

And because of that it takes so much time ,and wasted efforts trying to find the correct car for the needed part. Unlike other wrecking yard such As pick-pull where there is a system locating the car ,or parts you need.

They have the assumption, and suspicion that customers will do wrong,and it shows in how they treat customers.

Customers have no problems following their rules, and letting them inspect their bags, but the way this business employees do it is very terrible, and insulting.

All of them need training in good customer service,and showing appreciation for each customer

I don’t know why they work their if they hate ,or don’t like their jobs. No one forced them to be there.
I would easily say the moment you walk in thru their doors, you would feel you are in a Getto dump. So don’t linger in there too long, or you will get sick mentally from their Getto environment

They forgot the golden rule. Treat customers good , and customers will keep coming ,and bring more customers.

I highly don’t recommend this place for shopping for this type of goods. I would choose a completely different store,a completely different area.

They like to sell parts at full price for used parts, They don’t give you hard prices. They sometimes wait for you to take the part off and then give you a price. it’s like pulling teeth to deal with some of the employees

I barely post one star reviews but this time I have to they don’t let you look around to check the parts your looking for. You have to wait in a line. Everyone is super rude I get it sometime customers are rude but that’s not the case with everyone.
