I bought a door assembly for Camaro from this seller. The seller sent me the door with defects, without some fuzzy details. I had to buy a separate interior panel and door hinges. I sent the seller pictures of what he sent me and he does not react to it in any way. Be careful when you buy from him. I had to spend an additional $ 150, because he sent me with defects and the lack of parts that were in the description.

on September 16, the seller refunded the money for the defective product. For this I am grateful to him.

Bionic was great to work with. I found a part and reached out to them and they were very responsive and communicative and I never had to wait long for a response. They also shipped the part out to me in TX. All in all very professional and great people to work with. Will definitely purchase from them again.

Good luck trying to get someone to help you on eBay messages and BETTER LUCK over the phone. I sent them an ebay message with no response so I decided to call. After being on hold for 40 min, I spoke to someone 3 times and put on hold each time adding another 15 min. It honestly sounded like the same guy. I was literally calling them regarding an eBay purchase that I had already received that was being reshipped for no apparent reason but disorganization I guess. Doing them a favor and wasted 55 min of my own time on the phone. I will not be calling back or returning the extra $400 car part. Loss for them.
