They stole my stereo face plate back pack and thumb drive along with books I had for school.
I asked what had happened to my stuff and they said they didn’t know what had happened or had no idea (They obviously weren’t going to admit they snoop through your vehicle before they “give” it back to you). And they purposely kept my car to charge me more money. If I could give this place a zero rating I would. Don’t trust any towyard here in Albuquerque Especially not this one.
Gave the best price in town for my old 99 Sable to be picked up. They arrived an hour and a half late, but did call to say they were running behind. Honest, fair and paid what I was quoted on the phone.
Went in after finding out my motorcycle was recovered after being stolen 2 months ago. Thought the process to recover would have been nicer, on the bright side the damage from the theft was light.
The staff were incredibly rude and prices for recovery outrageous. They towed the bike from six miles away the night before, and charged me $220 to get it out.
After having my bike stolen, they charged my a $100 initial fee, $30 to have it towed there, $15 per day, even though they only had it for 11 hours they charged me for 2 days, and another $50 fee for picking up on Saturday.
I asked why it was so high, the guy just pointed to a paper on the wall and said it’s the cities fault.
I would never recommend anyone to them. It was the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever been through.
We have been using Bones Towing for our automotive shop for over ten years. They have been and are still providing excellent service. My wife broke down last weak with her personal vehicle, and they were there to pick up the vehicle in under an hour. Many times other tow companies that my customers use take more than two hours to recover vehicles. Thanks Again Bones Towing!

Most people are not even aware of this, but they help with the local (and even not so local) First Responders by supplying salvaged cars for extrication training (Jaws of Life). They do this at no charge, and never expect anything for it.
Because of this rescuers get to hone their skills on removing victims from automobile accidents.
