Dave was incredibly helpful! I was in a pinch and needed a bumper in order to pass inspection and only had 10 days to get it done. Wish I could give 10 stars. Had someone hit my truck. I needed a door quick and in the same paint code. Called Bow they had the door I needed. Eric was super cool, made sure I knew all details before driving out to pick it up. I’d recommend Bow for everything every time.
Definitely a used parts store, not a junkyard. You may find better deals at junkyards but if you just want good, no-nonsense used parts this is your place.
Abosultely horrible warranty. they make you pay for a warranty, and then when you go to use that warranty, they deny the claim after previously authorizing work, leaving the bill to be footed by the customer. I run an established shop in the Concord area and urge anyone thinking about using bow auto parts to try any other used auto parts dealer as this place is shady at best. if i could give zero stars i would. horrible people, awful customer service, and the worst “warranty” i have ever experienced
I bought a used transmission with 25K miles on it. It was shipped out the same day, arrived quickly as described. Easy to work with. Recommend highly and I would use them again.
