B&R Auto Wrecking at 30545 SE Hwy 212, Boring, OR 97009

I stopped B&R Auto Wrecking near Sandy today to try and find a bolt I needed for my 97 GMC pickup. It was 4:15 pm when I got there and the guy at the desk let me know they had just closed the yard, and that it closes one hour before closing time at 5 pm. He asked what I needed and I showed him an example of what I needed. He said, “I’ll tell you what, if you’re quick I’ll let you go look”. I told him I would and he let me in. I was able to find the bolt I needed and was back out in 10 minutes. I came back to the same guy and he said it was all good and that I could have the bolt. He didn’t have to do that. This is what I appreciate about small business, they still care. I wanted to say thank you, much appreciated!! You have a loyal customer here.

You call them and who knows where you are actually calling, it could have been a different state altogether. That was obvious when they asked where I lived and which location I was closest to. They said they had the part that I was looking for, they would be open for another hour and to head on over. So I made the quick trip to find out that the receptionist and cashier would be there for another hour, but the yard crew was already closed and I would have to come back the following week. Yeah right, how about I go somewhere else instead.

I tried to do business with them today but the guy at the front desk was very rude to me . Said I couldn’t do business there or buy anything without talking to him directly but wouldn’t help me. me because he was occupied and ignored me.. rude business will not be back with my friends and family or anyone else.

This is not a Pick and pull, they have to sell you the whole part of the vehicle you need! Example I needed a harness from a door, they told me i would have to buy the hole door!! Yeah no!

Bought a Skid Control ECU for my 2005 Toyota Sequoia from B&R Boring. Ordered through phones sales with Jennifer out of Albany. Got amazing service at an very fair rate. The part ended up being broken, as this particular part has a Toyota service bulletin and only about 50% are good from the factory. They sent me a new one at no additional cost. Thank you B&R for the great service.
