B & R used to be pretty good for picking up needed spare parts but have kind of started price gouging… Hopefully they will realize that is a poor business practice, especially considering that the customer is pulling the parts…parts which can be ordered and delivered to most locations in a day or less. New parts. For the same price as the ones they expect you to rummage for and extract from a vehicle that’s been wrecked.

Called 1 week ago from today. Left my number on call back feature and still haven’t received a call. This isn’t the 1st time. Gots to go do better about getting with potential customers

The people at b&r go the extra mile! My 98 mustang GT convertible was backed into and I needed the door replaced. Being in Iowa there were no rust-free doors! The insurance company said, we’re just going to have to repair the rust! My answer was no! I’ll find one. My first call was here because I’ve purchased stuff from them when I was living in Vegas. They found me a white convertible door in mint condition without a door ding!!! Took three pallets and boxed it all up and sent it back here to the body shop. Granted freight was not cheap! but! I wasn’t just working on any vehicle. My car is only been caught out in the rain once and has never seen snow!
When I first called out and told them of my situation. They said, it was not a problem at all and put my mind to ease!

Good front staff (at least the ones I’ve worked with). Reason why I didn’t go full 5 star is they do have some troubles answering the phones. That won’t stop me from going back as this is already my 3rd time in the past 7 months. Great resource for my project car.

Also keep in mind you are buying used car parts from a scrap yard. Majority if the time, the pieces are good to re-use. Sometimes, it doesn’t turn out as expected. You may have an opportunity to return, but make sure you verify that first.

If you want a perfect part, then I suggest to buy a new OEM part.
