Went up there yesterday to order parts for my car. Was told that they would be ready the next day and that I would receive a call. Waited until noon to call and was given a bunch of attitude for simply asking if my parts were ready. After being left on hold for almost 30 minutes, I call back and am told by the assistant that ” Oh the people who usually handle new parts are on vacation.” as if that justifies their lack of customer service skills.
Anyway, he says he’s going to look up my order and give me a call back. Calls back just to tell me that nobody even put in the orders from yesterday. So if I never called nobody would have ever called me or even knew that I had purchased parts. Asked for a refund because there is absolutely no excuse for that kind of incompetence, I don’t care who didn’t show up for work that day. Please take your money to a business with more professionalism and consideration for it’s customers.

Used their online contact to request a part. It’s been a few weeks and still haven’t seen a response. Why have an online contact if you aren’t going to monitor/respond to it?
Edit as Google won’t allow responses: It’s been close to two months and still haven’t heard anything from these clowns. Reading through reviews, it looks like the owner uses replies to justify how much of a s#!t company this is. Avoid at all costs.

Paid almost $3000 to have them to put in the engine for my 2013 Ford fiesta, it was done at the end of May it is now June and my car is running hot and my air does not work we contacted them and they didn’t wanna have anything to do with it basically, they said my warranty is over and Josh hung up on me! I would advise you to just take money that you would invest in a car over for this amount in a new car

Great place very good inventory on all make and models of vehicles..The customer lounge is has comfortable has a class room .Has the photos I updated are founded in . Two dollars admission to enter the yard with your own tools …. ⛓⛓
