He assisted me in arranging towing Of my vehicle by AAA to his lot, as we had to return home to North Carolina The next day. We are stuck on the highway we waited till 6 to call a 24 hour service only to be asked if we had really called home at 6 am. I wish more people would invest time in prayer.

The woman that answers the phone is incredibly rude, and answers by saying “can i help you”….does not even say the name of the company, so i did not even know if I was calling the correct place, had an attitude to the questions i was asking. Will NOT ever being in touch with them again or refer them ever!!!! Terrible customer service skills.
