We didn’t get his name but the guy who helped us this morning was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answers our questions, even though we couldn’t get the part we needed from him. We would definitely come back for any parts we need. Thanks again y’all.

We called Friday to arrange partpick up. Arrived around 11:32am on a Tuesday- the gate is closed? Website says it’s open along with Google. We did call multiple times before coming on Tuesday. Voicemail box said it was full and didn’t have an update on store hours. They’re people here, so we blew the horn a couple of times. Guy finally came and said “they’re open, but can’t make any sales”? Finally let in, but they can’t locate part.

Take advantage of women Called and was told one price. Drove 1 hour and 30 minutes to get there and then the hidden fees. 650 and he took the core charge and raise the taxes . The taxes went from 39.00 to 45.00. Then he started (the owner) started to ignore me. The puller came and talked to me I needed the motor and the fact I drove far I had to get it. But there was another woman there who was told her part was 250 and then he added a charge fee. When you pay cash then he don’t charge you or I don’t know. But I would not go back again

Patrick is honest and fair that’s why I have been doing business with him for over 20 years you won’t find a better place or a better man then Patrick Brooks. This is the kind of guy that would give his shirt off his back for you, there’s not many left like that.
