Never buy gearbox or engine from this company! Especially if you are an immigrant! Juan is a very polite person! But the other two sellers must think they are God! They are rude rude! I have it all filmed! They sell the exchange, and if it is defective: they want it because they want you to receive another one, that is, if you receive three defective exchanges, you will pay three labor and they at the company will not refund you! I was a victim of it! They still want that if you return a part that is defective, they still want you to pay 25% of that part! Attention, even if the part is defective! If you want some advice: don’t buy Wear parts from this place, eg engine, gearbox, air conditioning compressor, steering gear, these are called moving parts.! This company should be banned from the auto parts business!

The service is horrible, I ordered a condenser fan and the radiator fan and was told it would be pulled for pick up on arrival however when I got there it was not pulled.
The time was just after 1pm on 2/25/2022 when I got there, the sales rep told me to wait unlit 4pm he would have it because the parts pullers were busy working on orders that were ahead of mine. I returned at 3:50pm and was told that its coming out now but it wasn’t told to until 4:45pm I was told they only had one and not both.
The owner of this company is paying guys who sit at the counter and have casual conversations instead of answering the phone also instead of taking a few orders at a time and go into the yard and verify that the parts are there and inform the customer of the status of their order they don’t.
Based on the prices this company has the potential to grow but the staff needs training or replacing.
