I’ve been a repeat customer of Buddy’s for over a decade, spending thousands of dollars with them. I always had great experiences until today.
Three days ago, I purchased a power mirror for my car, only to discover that it won’t work, due to differences in the wiring. When I went to return it, I was told that I can only exchange body parts for the same part, even though they didn’t have the part that I can use. Previously, when this had happened, I was given credit to use in the future, which is all I wanted today. But, I was denied that, and treated very rudely.
Sadly Buddy’s, you have lost a customer.

You b never seem to see these guys under good circumstances but they did their job and did what they could. Let me grab personal things from my vehicle and whatnot but they didn’t have to. Really nice people.

Great clean yard ( for a salvage yard) organized as much as one can had the part I needed for my 25 year old truck.
Only issue I wish they would fix thier map ( heck if they send me the file I’ll fix it)

You guys really need to look into getting better drivers. This evening as one of your drivers is crossing the highway they were not paying attention to oncoming traffic and almost caused a huge wreck to where I had to turn over into the ditch to avoid t-boning him.
