Don’t bother throwing your money away! Once you give them your money, you won’t get it back! They will take their sweet time like 5 days with a no refund option or discount for waiting! Even if you’re unsatisfied with the parts, again NO REFUNDS!

Purchased a used engine in October 14 2019 because mine went out. Purchase process was smooth and delivery of my part was quick. My old one was to be picked up to receive my core price back but it is a new year and the old engine still sits waiting to be picked up. Needless to say, I dont have my core back and won’t receive it until the old part is picked up. I receive the same response that no driver has been able to come out to pick up the old part but deliveries are made daily to other locations. Very frustrating!!!

Update: Old engine was picked up and core was returned to me.

I own a large body shop in Champaign, IL. This JUNK Yard was listed on an insurance company estimate. I could not find anyone else that had it, so the insurance company said I had to order from them. I received the part and wrote a check for it. When we went to install the fender it was noticed that the fender had damage to the lower rear and would not fit. We notified the salesman and asked for another. He said they did not have one and we requested a return. He said he would get a pick up order out. It has been 5 months now and after many phone calls to the Manager and being told they would call me back(which they never did) I am now told they have no record of us telling them we wanted to return it. They said if I wanted to bring it to them(126 miles) they would give me credit, but otherwise they will not do anything for me. I have only dealt with them one time and my honest opinion is that they have junk parts, no warranty, no guarantee and they are a bunch of liars. I would recommend everyone stay clear of this junk yard. Bad business!!!!!!

I read your reply and I am amazed. As I stated to the Manager. I have in my CCCone management system, all the communications between my parts manager and your salesman starting the day after we received the part. The notes are stamped with the time and date and who and what was said. They can not be added or added to. They are there forever. I personally got involved in late January because my parts manager was frustrated because she could not get any action out of the salesman. I started talking to the store manager from my first contact. Every time I called I was told that she would check on it and get back with me. I would wait 2 weeks and call back only to be told some other excuse. After over 2 months of me calling, I was finally told that I had to bring it to them. She was very rude today. I have never demanded anything and its not like we waited 6 months to contact them. I think I will keep the fender and hang it on the wall to remind me and my 22 employees, along with all the adjusters and shop owners that visit to only deal with reputable businesses and to steer clear of junk yards (especially this one). There are a lot of great salvage yards, but this is not one of them.

Driver showed up four hours after stated time and was in such a rush to get the car he didn’t even bother to take it out of park, so now I have black marks down my driveway from the tires of the car being dragged. He never even called to say he was running late or to let me know when he was coming as he said he would the previous day. I only gave it two stars because he came the day after I called the place and managed to remember the check.

Do not recommend anybody to do business here I’ve been waiting for a month to get an engine from them I haven’t received it and I put a down payment on it and still haven’t received it I did get my money back but there was always excuses about why they haven’t got it pulled out I was told they have people paying thousands of dollars so they were more important than I was
