Straight crooks!! Upcharged me on the Transmission cause it was a reman Transmission which I can understand. When it got programmed it was bad and stuck in first. He called me and the Chrysler tech a lier. Very bad business and will never use again

Jack was very helpful and went above and beyond to locate the correct part I needed. I called in looking for a crash sensor and Jack grabbed a few he had and had them waiting for me when I arrived. We matched up part numbers and off I went. Great service.

I called them to ask about a rearind for my Toyota. They said they had 1 . I asked if they would inspect it to make sure the bearings were good before i drive 3 hours to get it. He acted like that was an unreasonable request but said he would call me back in a few hours. The next day i called them back he said i wouldn’t like it & he didn’t have anybody to load it. I said I could load it. Acted like he could not be bothered to show me were it was. I guess the customer is just a bother!
