You may or may not find the car you need parts for and they won’t let you pull your own parts, at least in my experience. I needed some intake studs for my Ford and was told that “the motor is in good shape and didn’t want it taken apart” i guess they wanted to sell it as a whole? Besides that they will gouge you on price as well, I came in for a window motor and they wanted 50 bucks for it while Rockauto sells brand new ones for that price and are warrantied. I get that it’s a convenient location but I would rather drive to Knoxville instead of coming back here.

Called made sure they had the part,they asked what color, I told them ,went down picked it up payed for it ,good quality, matching paint. Friendly service reasonable price, very happy. Will do business again.

Was fairly rude, had no idea if they had the part i needed after walking around and finding a car with what i needed myself I asked for a price at the counter and she just wandered off with another employee had to find someone else to help me. Was quoted a price for a headlight switch out of a 2000 car that was nearly as expensive as a new part from AutoZone, just left and will not be back
