Sold a damaged vehicle. Vehicle still operated but was not worth the repair. Cash for Cars gave a fair price for the vehicle and the whole process was easy and quick. My experience was positive and the person I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I’m glad that I picked up the phone and called.

I sold a vehicle through Cash for Cars, they scheduled a pick up date and time of Monday between 8am and 5pm, so I waited and waited, no pick up, no call. After calling Tuesday I was told they would be there soon to pick it up, so again I waited, no show no call. I called again on Wednesday and they claimed that their driver had tried to call, absolute bull, I had my phone with me all day. So now it is Wed at 3pm and still nothing. Add the horrible customer service on the phone and I would say stay far away from this business.

This is how the employees of this company will destroy the car you buy at their auction. Damaged front bumper (value of zero usd) that could be attached to the body with for ex. adhesive tape, thrown inside the car, destroying its interior.
