One of the worst establishments in Michigan, called for an alternator and they called me back five minutes later saying the part was ready on the shelf. I drive there wait in their office for about an hour and no part. Very unprofessional rude and a waste of your time.

I thought they did a great job. The driver showed up right on time and when I didn’t have the paperwork the original site said I didn’t need when I actually did. The driver came back the next day and brought me to Secretary of State to get the paperwork needed he probably waited about an hour and a half. Every time he said he was going to be someplace he was there right on time. Extremely friendly knowledgeable I can’t say enough good things about the driver came out to pick up my car. I got a price which was about what I had actually expected. They paid me cash on the spot. If I ever need their services again I won’t hesitate.
I priced a part for $75 I arrived . They tried to charge me $100 once I got to the store. They are in ethical. They have prices listed online and they tried to accuse me of changing the price as if I’m some hacker. Petty over $25 extra dollars. I do not recommend. They are dirty the place is dirty. They lack customer service. They are very rude and thieves go anywhere else but here even it’s a few extra dollars it’s not worth the disrespect.
Bought a refurbished starter for $35 plus $5 core and tax. A new one was $140. And just put $1000 into fixing other thing’s. So the price was a life saver for me. 90 day warranty. It is being installed now so I can’t give a quality at this time. It was rated an A by them.
Expanding on my review the starter was installed and still working as it should. Added a star do to this.
