I have been coming to this yard since November and have seen some really good incremental improvements. Trust me, it’s noticeable. The crew behind the counter seems happy and like they all work really well together. Someone focused on the staffing and the difference now is noticeable. The carts and water are really appreciated as is the regularly updated inventory. Well done.

Used to be a pretty good yard to go to a little dangerous but still a good yard but now new owners took over and parts now only have a 3 day warranty. 3 days or 6 months because they want y to buy the 6 month warranty. Talk about being greedy. We are in a recession and things are pricey enough. Junkyards are supposed to be a viable option compared to new because some people can’t afford new. What they are doing is wrong and she’ll. I no longer go there. I was also informed that the new owners stand on this situation is if they don’t like it let them go someplace else. Really bad business prwctice

January 8th 2022 a grey 2005 Honda Accord Hybrid was sold to Central Florida pick and pay. The vehicle was left at McDonald’s in Apopka Florida and was picked up by one of their transporters as we were not able to be there during the transaction but was promised payment later. Once they received the vehicle, Juan also known as JC mailed out the paper work to us in Illinois. After signing over ownership of the car to them with thumb print, he promised to cash app us payment for the vehicle. “Communication from him immediately stopped after he received the required documents needed to take possession of the vehicle.” After no attempt was made to send funds, we were then promised a mailed check. Have yet to receive it while he hides behind the staff and doesn’t pick up the phone. “Have called numerous times with promise of his mailing a check.” His employees try to help when we call but can’t do much since they aren’t in charge. The paperwork that was signed for the vehicle was sent with tracking number yet we were told the check was sent but there was no tracking number provided and no check received. Do not do business with this shady joke of a company. Today is February 21st. Will file lawsuit if nothing is done soon as well as share this everywhere.
