The worst customer service. The lady is rude. They don’t return calls and would not work with me on a price for an engine they will never sell. They lost a good sale and hopefully more when people realize they are not the only game in town- Junk yard attitudes don’t cut it.
They helped me find the parts I needed, the staff worked efficiently so I was not there a long time. All in all a good transaction. I would buy from again.
Linda is terrible at customer service charges me 37$ for a 2$ part off line. I thought it would be cheaper but she said it was cause of labor costs.
