I dealt with Lucas mostly, and I have to say after calling around to 2 or 3 other places champion is the only place that will get my business. They where not only professional but polite!

Only by the grace of “GOD” did I find the right parts at Champion. Even though it looks like a Salvage , the concern is no different than going to a grade A+ royal garage. the owner John, is friendly, the price is reasonable, and guarantees the parts, others don’t. being a single female, and not knowing nothing about cars is frightening in itself, but to find help like theirs makes it nice. when my driver side window fell down, I was alarmed but knew right away where to go. John, takes the customers problems seriously, and does something about it when possible; what could had been a frightening experiences turned out with delight. a person is treated

They were closed but thumbs up they did have an answering machine
Very horrible experience. Workers were very rude and didn’t care about anything I asked for. I came to get one thing and they took about 15 minutes just to even get to me and there were no other customers there. One employee came up to me saying it was going to be a few minutes when it literally takes 2 seconds to grab a part so I can leave. They gave me the wrong part so I was coming to switch it for the right one. The employees sit down and watch YouTube videos instead of doing their job. Not to mention their nasty attitude, foul languages in front of the customers, and lack of good customer service. I don’t think anyone should come here.
