Overwhelmed too easily and not particularly accomodating. Drove from Georgia and they didn’t make much of an effort to help with the part. The lady who took me to see the part was kind though was unable to help further. Part was also not as advertised.

Excellent experience purchasing used carpeting out of a vintage BMW from thousands of miles away. I wish every automotive recycler was this helpful. Ryan took photos and kept me up to date on removal and shipping; he even went above and beyond in asking UPS to hold onto the package longer when travel kept me from getting home in time. What customer services is supposed to be.

I called so many places to find a small, hard to find part, for my truck and none of them cared to go look for a small part. Charlie’s was the only one that bothered to look.
They had the part that I’ve been looking for for so long and mailed it out to me.
