Say good bye to your money. When you order from this place. The prices seems reasonable until you dont recieve your items. The communication here is terrible. I made a mistake not reading the review before making the purchase. There is also another review saying the same thing. Not receiving a refund. Please be careful.
A really poorly run operation, i bought a radiator from these guys, it turned up and about half of the radiator was dented up, leaked worse than the original and they wont even give me a refund. I am ok with maybe only offering store credit if i change my mind or ordered the wrong part, but not refunding for defective parts?? If you sell something, it better work, otherwise refund the money. Sounds like this place has ripped off quite a few people around the state. I would recommend bond auto in west lebanon, fantastic customer service, honest, and prices for new parts not much more expensive than secondhand.
They are great service at a great price. I have gone to them for years and more to come. They know what your looking for and will give honest info and advice.
Chase’s salvage has a huge yard with most makes and models. A Good business that helps people save cash on expensive parts. I’m thankful that we have this yard in the upper valley.
They had the parts I needed at a good price, wide selection of vehicles, you can ask to go to the lot and get the part out yourself.
