Quick and easy. Had the right jeep, even the right color, the specific part i needed was still there waiting for me. I was able to get it off myself without any trouble. Staff was helpful and courteous. And the part was even less than i had been quoted over the phone. I saved $50 over ordering the same after market part.

I had a bought 4 tires from them and the guy that was helping us said the tires weren’t dry rotted when most definitely were.Then I went back and tried to return them and get my money back but now I can’t unless the person that was with me is with me now. I’m not happy with service and will not be going back once I get my money back. I do not recommend at all

This would be my second time coming here and I can’t see myself going to any other junkyard but here. I literally drove over an hour away just to come here. Very kind and professional staff. A very special shout out to TJ who went above and beyond with assisting me on a tire and wheel. I cannot thank him enough. He worked diligently and very hard in finding me a good tire to put on my vehicle and saved me at least three times the price of what I would have spent going somewhere else. I can’t thank him enough. As a single mom it truly means a lot that he went above and beyond rather than some of these Auto places who try and take advantage of a woman. Thanks again TJ 🙂

While I have purchased vehicles from here in the past I am disappointed to say that the last one broke down on the highway less than 6 hours after purchase. It has a new inspection sticker on it and ran fine when testing it there. It cost $2200 which is kind of high when thinking of a car purchased from a salvage yard. But I thought, hey why not, I still have the 93 Camry I purchased 3 years ago that runs great. This was a 2002 Grand Marquis. Way newer and cleaner. Once broken down, tried to figure out why, two months, a battery, alternator, and starter later, still not running and told the motor was bad from the jump. Tried contacting Chesterfield Auto to be told someone would call back an nothing yet. Let’s see what happens now. 🙁

Yes they responded after I had to call and be on hold. My son received no message on his phone. I checked. I sent the Progressive information thru text as requested less than hour after speaking to Jay with no response as of Today.

I received a call back. They are the attempting to make good. That’s all I want.
