The experience I had with “Obie” to ensure the delivery of the motor I purchased as well as answering all my customer concerns and questions was the best attentive to detail service I have received in awhile.
“Obie” was so helpful, courteous, and professional in his dealings
with your customer base.
If it weren’t for “Obie” this review would have received 1 star due to the gentleman whom was extremely unkind, inpatient and whom does not have any ‘teamwork” ethic toward his colleagues.

If you just do the job well that’s what you are being paid for BUT when someone goes over and above “the call
of duty” then they should be commended for same. This is an attempt for that purpose.
Please recognize him for a job well done in my opinion.

They had part of what I needed. I want very happy with the way I was treated. I was standing at the counter waiting to be helped and the girl working literally asked the person behind me what they needed and I spoke up saying I was next and got ignored. I was upset and let it known but she kept helping the other person without an apology or anything. Even the person who she was helping said sorry and felt bad. I’m still so confused because I had been waiting and didn’t give any reason for her to do this. So waited until someone else actually was able to help me and ended up having to come back to the counter to collect my change and she still was very unfriendly when she was the one to give it to me. Maybe I reminded her of her ex or something but she’s 90% of the reason I would be we go back. The other 10% is because the employees are unfriendly, they don’t have simple parts for newer cars, they definitely don’t go above to help make sure you get what you may or may not need like others. Biggest problem is there staff!

Will. Never. Go. Back. Ordered a transmission for my car on a Tuesday and was told it would come between Friday , Monday or Tuesday. I put a $300 deposit down on it and everything. Called Friday and Saturday to see if it was there yet and got told they had no idea and would call us back. Of course no call back. Called Tuesday to see where it was and the guy said it never got ordered. They took our $300 and never ordered the transmission. When we asked for our money back the guy claims we have to wait for a gentleman named Brian and he would CALL US BACK….to make things worse I called back and asked to speak to Brian and they transferred me right to him. They lied and said he wasn’t in and he actually was!!! Beyond awful customer service and a complete waste of time.

Trusted these people to junk my car but instead my license plates were stolen from here and I ended up with fines. They also said they’d send me paper work to show the car was junked and never did! Weren’t willing to work with me at all just wanted to avoid the issue. Steer clear.

great place to fine alot of odds and ends here to finish a project or replace OEM parts for a fraction of the dealership price!
