Chuck & Eddie’s Used Auto Parts at 741 Windsor St, Hartford, CT 06120

Went to get a used donut spare tire and tool kit for my elantra and they wanted to charge me 295.00. Bought the whole thing on Ebay for 165.00, brand new. Like somebody said, bunch of thieves. Don’t know where they are getting those good reviews.

I called the Hartford location on Saturday to purchase an AC compressor I spoke with a guy name Mike he was nice and I ordered the part over the phone in which he told me it would be ready by Mon or Tues. The part arrived Wednesday. They are however extremely busy and seems like they are under staffed for the amount of traffic they get. Mike was very nice and helpful. The other guys not so much.

Customer service was good! parts arrived on time! Will recommend this place to anyone!!

Things didn’t go perfect to start, but they took care of me. Grade A part was in great shape and accurately graded as such.

Originally called the Southington location spoke with a guy named Jeff, extremely helpful and friendly. Part was shipped to the Hartford location, the guys there We’re extremely rude and unprofessional. I should’ve actually drove the extra half hour to Southington to pick it up, probably would’ve had a better experience.
