Bought a trunk lid for $650 that was supposed to be in very good condition. When I arrived I realized that there was a huge chip out of the paint. Then when I was installing it I found body rot on the bead welds of the trunk.
They refunded me $150 which was very acceptable to me. They stand by their word. Thank you for making it right. Good customer service
Ordered a replacement fender from Chuck’s over the phone. Searching their online inventory was easy, ordering and paying over the phone was easy. The part arrived in Douglassville the next day. The price was reasonable, and I was happy to see that their grading of the part was accurate. I would definitely use Chuck’s again if I was in need of a replacement part.
