Let me tell you something about this tow company…. I work as a dispatcher up in NH. I sent my driver to a tow over 100 miles to Leverette MA. The truck ran out of gas. After calling AAA several times and being refused help from Ernie’s Towing of Amherst Ma, Tom from Clark Auto Wrecking agreed to help us even though his website said he was closed!! Spoke to a man on the phone — he was really nice and told me to call back after he’d checked on the part. When I called back a woman picked up and was super rude to me. Told me they “can’t help me” and couldn’t tell me more information or what changed from the day before. When I asked to speak to the first person I spoke to, she said no and hung up on me.
Edit: I called back to say that was super rude and she apologized and gave me more information (they didn’t have the right model).

The guy who answered the phone was absolutely appalling I asked him if he knew the inventory and his lot regarding color and year of vehicles which I have run into some junk yards in the past that do not so it was an honest question and was met with the response of quote Yeah me or one of the retards in the yard can figure it out, he then hung up on me and wen i tried calling back he ignored my call twice. What a clown
