Terrible service, they 100% ignore buyer requests. Getting the vehicle delivered involved literally hours on hold over the space of a week. So far it has been more than a month and they still haven’t gotten the title to me, although I’ve asked 3 times. They delivered the vehicle with a broken windshield, which they acknowledge didn’t show in the photos. I’ve bought nearly a dozen vehicles through Copart this year and their customer service is non-existent. Looks like I’m going to have to file a Dealer Complaint through the DMV in order to get the title.

Bid on and was awarded truck from auction. After purchase truck displayed major discrepancies in damage. Front desk staff member and general manager were consulted and it was determined to be “tough luck” on the part of the customer. Staff also uninterested in even investigating potential damage or discrepancies. Regional manager was consulted and continued to hold unreasonable viewpoints of Copart’s listing policies despite contradictory photographic evidence Buyer was given choices of paying for vehicle or paying high relist fees. Copart’s dedication to its members and customers is severely affected in many areas. Unreasonable policies, sleazy business tactics and an inability to be honest have become what this company stands for. Future business will not be conducted with them and I would advise fellow buyers to be cautious with doing so.

Lied to by the agent and told me that they’re not able to get a copy of the title which is 100% factually not true and to think that you can tell your customers that and just have them what openly except a blatant lie? I am most certain that when I bought the car it said that if somebody besides the person picking it up was going to which I had a tow truck company that they would send it to the DMV which they did not they sent it to my home address and never gave me the tracking number. This entire time I thought it was sitting at the DMV where my drivers license that I used to purchase the car is registered in a different state. The second Copart Silletti to give mediocre service and honestly I don’t know how they’re in business.
2 other female agents were legit mean to me and started catching an attitude and were like “yeah you were told to sue us by the dmv? Then sue , go ahead sue us”
But if you’re reading this you can get a duplicate copy of your title and the person who needs to get it is the original owner but the original owner of this specific facility is a liar and a business fraud. It was also supposed to be an oregon title as marketed on the listing but it is not an Oregon title.

A very bad place sells cars with an old title and it is impossible to issue, then on yourself that the car is in good condition, But then it overheats and does not go. I spent 2000$ on repairs and bought a car for 2000$ which costs 2000$ but I can’t register it for myself because they don’t have a new title they gave me an old one which is invalid I rent it for 200$ to junkyards
