I spend quite a bit of money at TransWest Auto in Orem who directed me to this place for a part I was after.
They had 2 low mile transfer cases for a 17 Ford Taurus. Came in to pick up the one with lesser miles and right their at the counter, I inspected the piece and told them, it’s no good. I left with the higher mile one cause that one I could tell was working fine.
First impression, not the best. But I will say that their stock up front and tagged ready to go is something I do like. Being able to see the parts up front before purchase is something I like.
Highly recommend! Ended up not having to get a wheel through them but Eli took the time to help me research prices and options. Thanks so much for everything, we will definitely keep you guys in mind for the future!

I have been in a handful of times for items and just leave with a bad taste in my mouth. The attitudes of some of the “Salesmen” inside are just plain awful. Do better at interacting with everyone, I know you can do it since I heard you on the phone with someone else while I was inside.

The guy I dealt with was nice and friendly very helpful ! And to boot he did not charge me for the part ! It was just a wire harness! But in times let these we need nice and friendly! Thanks Crabtree! I will for sure be visiting you guys again!!

Wish I could give them 0 stars. What a complete ahole. Don’t know the guys name, but he gave the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You shouldn’t have to argue with someone to get them to take your money.
