I recently took my 2001 GMC pickup to Dave. Automatic transmission was going bad. Dave was able to not only sell me a new rebuilt transmission but also was able to install. Dave’s mechanic Heather which by the way is Dave’s daughter not only installed the new transmission but also replaced the rear engine main seal as the transmission was out of my pickup at that point it only made since too replace a $ 40.00 seal. Heather in my opinion is the best mechanic in the grand junction co area. I would highly recommend that if you need mechanical work done to your vehicles do not hesitate take it to Dave’s.

The part I got from Dave is good but he charged me a 100$ core charge and I brought my old core back but he said it was too late to get my core money back he blames his computer only keeps data on the cores for 10 days It seemed to me like some shady business practices or maybe he needs a better computer system buyer beware!

Terrible to deal with. Really rough people. Their trash is spilling over into the road creating a dangerous place to drive.
