I do bodywork and buy/sell cars. Most of my experience with people in the used auto parts industry is that they are rude and demeaning. These guys are top notch, professional and polite. They treat customers with dignity and respect and their prices are fair. They pull the parts and have them waiting and ready for you to come pick up. I was very pleased with Andy’s work ethic and professionalism. To be sure his task to find the part I was looking for was a difficult one. The availability of the part I needed is in very short supply. Although it didn’t work out, the company refunded the purchase price without a hassle. Ding’s is a first rate company to do business with in my opinion.
